SHIPPING:

Stash and Stone utilizes a printing company who will process and ship out your order. Everything is made to order, which helps reduce overproduction. Please allow around 1 week for processing and 1 week for shipping (depending on where the item(s) are being shipped to, of course). Sometimes this timeline may vary, especially during the holidays!

All orders are shipped with tracking information. I have no control over shipping times, delays or missing packages. I am not liable for the package if it is stolen, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. I know how frustrating it can be when there is an issue and you just want your stuff! If there is a problem with your package, please feel free to send me a message and I can try to help look into it for you on our end. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We currently only accept returns in the form of store credit minus shipping fees. Please review our returns policy here.

Please make sure you double check sizes and any other options before submitting your order to avoid needing to return! Most items have a size chart either in the product photos or in the description section.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at cs@stashandstone.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right!
