Refund policy
We want you to love your order, but if it just didn’t work out for you, here’s how returns work.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at cs@stashandstone.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right!
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your original item and use your store credit to place a new order.
Refund Method:
Returns are refunded in the form of store credit minus return shipping fees. We will send you a discount code via email once your return has been received and approved.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be sent back in original packaging.
- Final sale items are non-returnable.
Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival and if we determine they are not in original condition, we will not be able to process your return. In this case, you will be invoiced for return shipping back to you. If your return shipping is not paid within 30 days, we will donate your item and the invoice will be void.
Return Shipping:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email that includes the shipping label to use for sending back your items.
Processing time for returns:
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
International Orders:
Due to the cost of international shipping, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
